Our last Late Lounge for the year welcomes the gorgeous sounds of Mara and The Bushkas to the stage. All galleries, shop, cafe and bar open until 9pm, a great chance to check out Bedazzled at your own pace. The Bushkas feature musicians from such bands as Fat Freddy's Drop, Trinity Roots and Twinset.
'UK / Kenyan songwriter Mara Simpson went to four other continents before appearing, on a whim, in Wellington. The last thing on her mind was to stay for long. However, a little over a year later, she has a band of Wellington allstars playing her songs, a single and music videos, gigs, tours and a sellout three date showcase at Bats Theatre under her belt.
