Car
We are located in Lower Hutt, a 15–20 minute car journey from central Wellington or Upper Hutt via State Highway 2. Parking is in front of and beside the building with a two hour Pay and Display ticketing system.
Bus
You can catch a bus from central Wellington and arrive just a couple of minutes walk from The Dowse outside the Westfield Queensgate Mall. Cross the road and walk up to Knights Rd on your right, turn left into Stephens Grove and you will see our building.
The Airport Flyer runs from downtown Wellington every 15 minutes and The Valley Flyer route 83 less frequently. Other services within the Hutt Valley are also available, see the Metlink website for all bus / train timetable and fare information or call 0800 801 700.
Train
Trains arrive and depart from Melling and Waterloo stations in Lower Hutt, both stations are about a 20 minute walk from The Dowse.
